Zazzle isseeking to recruit a SWAT Content Specialist. The successful applicant will focus on improving Zazzle’s brand awareness online through a variety of content marketing and data entry projects, and will assist in the development of the Zazzle marketplace by working closely with brand partners, manufacturers, Creators, and our Zazzle colleagues in the U.S. Our SWAT Content Specialists work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and thus the ideal candidate should be adaptable, eager to learn, and highly organised.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Writing and Wordpressing feature articles, brand descriptions, and other content pieces for the Zazzle domains
  • Assisting other Zazzle teams on projects, such as the Creator team, Localisation team, SEM and SEO Teams, amongst others
  • Liaising with our brand partners and U.S. colleagues to add officially licensed merchandise to our store
  • Researching major competitors to gain insight into their products, sales, and marketing
  • Assisting with the development of on-site campaigns and promotions Communicating, both verbally and in writing, and in a positive and professional manner, with other team members, leadership, and project stakeholders
  • Ensuring that you meet project deadlines and set targets without compromising on quality
  • Performing everyday data entry duties (completing reports, recording prices, ranking designs, etc).

Skills:

  • Strong creative writing skills
  • An excellent grasp of grammar, including a knowledge of US spelling and vocabulary in particular
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar database software
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to work with others while also showing initiative
  • Multitasking Excellent typing and transcription skills
