Rafael Pires

Rafael Pires has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Rafael started their career in 2010 at Clickon as a Senior Linux System Administrator, where they were responsible for evolving the architecture and ensuring the performance and security of the systems.

In 2015, Rafael joined Concrete Solutions as a DevOps Engineer and later progressed to the role of DevOps Chapter Lead and then DevOps Manager. During their time there, they played a crucial role in developing and implementing DevOps practices within the organization.

In 2018, Rafael joined Guiabolso as a DevOps Specialist and quickly advanced to the role of DevOps Lead, contributing to the platform's engineering and management.

Currently, Rafael is employed at Zé Delivery, where they hold the position of Platform Engineering Manager. Rafael recently assumed the role of Head of Platform & Security, showcasing their expertise in overseeing platform development and implementing security measures.

Rafael Pires holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Arquitetura de Soluções from FIAP, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Analista de Sistemas from Anhanguera Educacional from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, Rafael received a Técnico degree in Redes, Desenvolvimento, Banco de dados e Webdesign from Senac Brasil from 2006 to 2007. In terms of certifications, they have obtained various qualifications, including Professional Agile Leadership™ I from Scrum.org in October 2020 and Professional de negócios da AWS from Amazon Web Services in May 2015.
