Headquartered in London, with an R&D team in Spain and operations in the UK and US, Zeelo is poised for significant growth. Founded in 2016 by Sam Ryan, Barney Williams, and Dani Ruiz, who sold their pioneering ride-sharing app JumpIn to Addison Lee (London’s largest taxi company) in 2014.

Today Zeelo has 130 employees and serves clients including Amazon, Bridgewater, UPS and many more. The company entered the North American market two years ago and now has a team of 15 in Boston that secured 4x revenue growth last year.

About the role:

A Principal Product manager at Zeelo is a champion of the value our product delivers to our customers. The Zeelo product has a huge span and we have a broad range of users. They range from internal users, to multinational clients, to our operator partners, not to mention our Saas users. We are at an incredibly important inflection point, with our US team growing we are looking for an outstanding product leader with exemplary communication skills to help us continue our growth.

• Contribute significantly to the company’s strategy and goals.
• Driving the vision for the product, and building a strategy and product roadmap that aligns to the company’s mission and success metrics.
• Lead your product squad of engineers and designers to reliably deliver your plans.
• Defining and delivering initiatives which offer real value to users.
• Maintain a good understanding of the market including customers, competitors, potential suppliers and partners.
• Be an important voice for the US market needs.
• Manage your team seamlessly to grow the company.
• Own delivery of the product roadmap for your business area and align closely with the rest of the business.
• Strategically prioritise how we spend our tech teams time to deliver the most value to our customers.
• Define KPIs to measure achievement of product goals.

You should be / have:

• 6+ years in Product Management. We value a mix of experience but it’s essential you have strong experience across B2B and SaaS products.
• We currently have 4 product teams (Pods) reporting to our Head of Product. You will lead one of these globally distributed teams to deliver high value features fast. We typically have multiple releases per week, so you must enjoy a high energy environment.
• You should have experience as a Senior / Lead or Principle Product Manager within a structured product environment, ideally in a high growth and scaling business.
• Strategic, data driven approach with proven track record of delivering complex product features at global scale.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and an appreciation and ability to vary your style to be effective with both senior business leaders, engineers and customers.
• Comfortable joining client facing meetings to help us develop our understanding of how people are using our product.
• Confident researching and analysing product usage to identify requirements and develop business cases for investment.
• Great problem solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
• Be comfortable working with agile, international teams. Engineering teams are based in Barcelona with the design and product teams mainly based in London, communication and working across time zones is very important.
• The working hours will be local Boston hours.
