Dan Cervone

Co-founder And Principal Data Scientist at Zelus Analytics

Dan Cervone has worked in various roles in the data science field since 2014. Dan began as a Quantitative Analyst Intern at Google in 2014, then moved on to become a Postdoctoral Fellow at NYU Center for Data Science in 2015. In 2016, they joined the Los Angeles Dodgers as Director of Quantitative Research and Senior Analyst of R&D. Most recently, in 2019, they became Co-Founder and Principal Data Scientist of Zelus Analytics.

Dan Cervone completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Chicago in 2009. Dan then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Statistics from Harvard University, which they completed in 2015.
