Damian Gona

Damian Gona is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and leadership roles, currently serving as Vice President and Head of SMB North America at Zendesk since February 2015, where achievements in 2023 included recognition as the highest performing region and top leader globally. Gona has successfully led significant teams and initiatives, overseeing large segments and driving major global accounts. Prior roles include Regional Vice President in various capacities at Zendesk, where Gona consistently delivered top performance and was instrumental in opening new offices. Previous experience includes account executive positions at Salesforce and YuMe by RhythmOne, achieving multiple accolades for outstanding sales performance, along with foundational roles in sales at DMG Builders Inc. and C.H. Robinson.
