Zyldjane Roissing

Zyldjane Roissing has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2006 with Wephone Online Incorporated as a Trainer/Team Captain. In 2010, they moved to Magellan Solutions Outsourcing Inc. as a Team Lead, and in 2012 they joined Omniglobe International as a Senior Team Manager. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Teleperformance Philippines as an Assistant Center Manager, and then moved to TaskUs in 2017 as an Operations Manager. Finally, in 2019 they began working at TDCX as an Operations Manager II and is currently employed at Zendrop as an Executive Project Assistant since 2022.

Zyldjane Roissing obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA from the Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology in Manila from 2001 to 2005, where they studied Advertising. In November 2020, they achieved a COPC CX Implementation Leader, CX Standard R6.2 certification from COPC Inc.
