Bob Stapell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bob began their career at FMC Corporation, where they worked as an Operations Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Manufacturing Manager. During their time there, Bob provided clear direction and prioritization for the operations team, focusing on safety and performance metrics. Bob also fostered an environment based on trust and individual empowerment. Bob then moved on to Campbell Soup Company, where they held the positions of Master Planning Director and Director of Process R&D & Analytics. Following this, they worked at Clemens Food Group as Director of R&D and Commercialization. Bob then joined Pinnacle Foods as the Director of Customer Supply Chain before their most recent role as Vice President of Operations at Zentis Group.

Bob Stapell completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from West Virginia University between 1998 and 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University at Buffalo from 1990 to 1996, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the same university between 1990 and 1994. Bob also studied Computer Science at Rowan College at Gloucester County, however, the dates of their enrollment are unknown.
