Jacqueline Patrick has extensive work experience, beginning in 2009 with CARE as a Business Analyst (Intern) in the Tanzania Country Program. Jacqueline then moved to Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. in 2009, where they held the roles of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager and Project Manager (HMIS), as well as Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) Analyst. In 2012, they joined Palladium: Make It Possible as a Senior Health Informatics and Data Use Advisor (MEASURE Evaluation). In 2018, they joined PATH as a Project Director and Data Use and Capacity Building Lead for the Data Use Partnership Project. Since 2019, they have been an Independent Consultant. In 2021, they joined Zenysis Technologies as Director of Impact, as well as Catalyst 2030 as a Member and Social Value International as a Social Value Associate.

Jacqueline Patrick has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree from Kampala International University and an MSc from The University of Salford. Jacqueline also has several certifications, including a Monitoring and Evaluation Certification Programme from ITCILO obtained in June 2022, a Level 1: Social Value Associate from Social Value International obtained in November 2021, an Impact Measurement & Management for the SDGs from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, a Business Strategies for Social Impact from University of Pennsylvania, a Humanitarian Futures and Foresight from Humanitarian Leadership Academy, an Innovation Essentials from Humanitarian Leadership Academy, and a MEAL DPro: Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning for Development Professionals from Humanitarian Leadership Academy.
