Radosław Kachel

Tomasz Rados is a financial officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a financial correspondent and project assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, contributing to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support. Tomasz has also been involved in academia as a member of the Stakeholder's Council at the University of Warsaw's Faculty of Political Science and International Studies from December 2020 to December 2023. Additional roles include being a member of the Industry, Synergies & Enablers Coordination Team at the European Defence Agency and a coordination assistant at the Crisis Management and Planning Directorate of the European External Action Service. Previously, Tomasz held leadership as the president of Network PL, and has had various positions within the European Commission and the Polish Ministry of Economy and Labour. Tomasz holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
