Howard Levy

Howard Levy is an accomplished procurement leader with extensive experience in global sourcing and supply chain management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Sourcing & Instruments at Zimmer Biomet since June 2015, Howard oversees a budget exceeding $3 billion and manages a team of over 300 in 25 plants worldwide. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Procurement Officer at Biomet, Inc., where significant savings were achieved, and as Chief Procurement Officer at Ryerson, managing a $4.5 billion global spend. Howard’s career also encompasses senior strategic sourcing positions at Case New Holland, CSX, and International Truck & Engine Corp, along with foundational experience at Ford Motor Company. Howard holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Champaign and a B.S. in Psychology from the same institution.
