Mike Bouwens is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in restaurant management and kitchen operations. Currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef at Zinc Bistro since January 2017, Mike previously held the position of Executive Chef at Roaring Fork from June 2013 to December 2016. Mike holds an Associate’s Degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from The Art Institutes, which was earned from 1999 to 2001.
