Lauren Quinn Volpe, CCXP has over 35 years of work experience in various customer experience and leadership roles. Lauren currently serves as the Chief Customer Experience Officer at Zip Co, a rapidly growing fintech start-up. Prior to their current position, Lauren worked as the Senior Director of Global Customer Experience at Fareportal, where they built and managed the customer experience team from scratch. Lauren also has experience as a Consultant at Guidepoint, where they provided market research and insights to various industries, including E-Commerce, contact centers, travel, and specialty online travel agencies. At Priceline.com, they served as the Director of Customer Care, leading initiatives to enhance customer experience and manage outsourced customer representatives.

Before Priceline.com, Lauren held the position of Vice President of Operations at American Express, overseeing the Warren Travel Group. Lauren had full responsibility for the operation, including staffing and vendor relations.

Lauren's extensive work experience also includes serving as Vice President of Customer Service and Vice President of Operations at Chartrek Travel/Navigant International. In these roles, they managed operations in multiple locations, pioneered innovative programs to boost retention and productivity, and facilitated the consolidation of two locations into one.

Through their diverse roles and expertise, Lauren has demonstrated their ability to drive customer-centric initiatives, lead teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Lauren Quinn Volpe, CCXP, has a diverse education history. Lauren attended Sacred Heart University from 1985 to 1988, where they pursued a certification as a Travel and Tourism Certified Travel Agent. Additionally, they obtained advanced training as a Certified SABRE Specialist at The Learning Center at American Airlines. Lauren also has experience in the field of nursing, as they attended The College of New Rochelle in an unspecified time. Furthermore, they completed the Priceline.com Certified Training Program to become a Certified Corporate Trainer in 2009. In 2016, they pursued professional development in the field of Priceline.com through Inspiring Managers.
