Kyle Champley

Kyle Champley has extensive work experience in the field of imaging and algorithms. Kyle is currently working as the Sr. Director of Imaging and Algorithms at Ziteo Medical since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory from April 2012 to July 2022, where they held the role of Lead, Signal and Image Processing Research Group from June 2020 to July 2022 and Staff Research Scientist from April 2012 to July 2022. Kyle also worked as a Consultant at Imatrex Inc. from May 2017 to July 2022. Before that, they served as an Independent Contractor (Scientific Programmer) at PET/X from January 2013 to January 2016. Kyle also worked as a CT Imaging Scientist at General Electric from May 2010 to April 2012 and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington from July 2006 to April 2010. Kyle started their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Oregon State University from September 2002 to June 2006.

Kyle Champley has a strong educational background in the field of engineering and mathematics. In 1997, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from Western Washington University. Kyle then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Mathematics from Oregon State University in 2006. Kyle continued their studies at the University of Washington, where they earned a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering in 2008. Kyle then went on to complete their education at the University of Washington, achieving a PhD in Electrical Engineering in 2010.
