Michele Fabbri

Michele Fabbri has extensive work experience in operational excellence, particularly in the beauty, personal care, and home care industries. Michele currently holds the position of Vice President Operational Excellence at kdc/one, where they develop sustainable Lean solutions across multiple regions and plants. Prior to this role, they served as the Group Operational Excellence Director at KDC/ONE Home Care. Fabbri also has a strong background in operational excellence at Zobele, where they held various leadership positions including Vice President Operational Excellence, Group Operational Excellence Director, Acting General Manager, and Group Operational Excellence Manager. Before joining Zobele, Fabbri worked as a Corporate Lean Manager at PRAMAC and a Senior Consultant Lean Management at Four Principles FZ-LLC, focusing on Saudi Arabia. Michele also gained experience in Lean deployment and procurement at Alstom Transport and worked as a Project Engineer at Comart-Rosetti Marino. Fabbri began their career as a Manager at Hotel Los Angeles. Additionally, they served as a Luiss Lean Lab Technical Committee Member at LUISS Business School.

Michele Fabbri has a Master's Degree in Industrial Management Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, which was completed in 2007. In 2014, they obtained an Executive Master degree in Lean Management, Toyota Production & Business System from CUOA Business School. Recently, in 2019-2021, they completed an Executive MBA degree in Master in Business Administration and Management, General from ESCP Business School. They have also obtained various certifications, including Certified Innovation Leader (CIL) and Growth from Texas McCombs School of Business in 2021, and International development program for potential leading Executives (Top .2 percentile) from PRETTL group in 2014.
