Alasdair Pitt

Alasdair Pitt has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal and financial sectors. Alasdair currently serves as a Board Observer at SBI-Zodia Custody Co., Ltd. and as a Trustee at Anglian Learning. Alasdair has also held positions at Zodia Custody, where they were the Head of Legal, and at Zodia Custody (Ireland) Limited, where they served as a Non-Executive Director. Prior to these roles, they worked at Standard Chartered Bank for over a decade, holding various senior positions in the legal department. Earlier in their career, Alasdair worked at Citigroup Global Markets and Credit Suisse. Alasdair started their professional journey as a trainee lawyer at Clifford Chance LLP.

Alasdair Pitt's education history includes obtaining a Master of Studies degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies (part-time) from the University of Cambridge from 2022 to 2024. Alasdair also completed the BTEC Level 7 Advanced Professional Diploma in the FT Board Director Programme in 2022. Prior to that, they pursued the Solicitors' Final Examination at The College of Law, Chancery Lane from 1990 to 1992 and earned an L.L.B (Hons) degree in Law from Queen Mary University of London from 1987 to 1990.
