Lauren McNamee

Lauren (Johnson) McNamee has a diverse work history with experience in talent acquisition, development, and human resources. Lauren is currently employed at Zola as the Director of People, Talent Acquisition, and DEI. Prior to that, they worked at Loro Piana as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development. Lauren also has a background in the fashion industry, having held managerial roles in people and development at Ralph Lauren. Lauren began their career as a Fashion Executive Recruiter and Account Executive at The Jonas Group, specializing in executive searches for the fashion and consumer goods industry. Lauren also gained experience in sales and merchandising at Elie Tahari and Juicy Couture, as well as in planning and allocation at Coach. Lauren started their career as a buying intern at Journelle.

Lauren (Johnson) McNamee attended Shenendehowa High School from 2003 to 2007, earning an Advanced Regents degree. From 2007 to 2011, they studied Rhetoric and Communication, Business, and Psychology at the University at Albany, SUNY, and obtained a BA degree.
