Yumna Madi

Yumna Madi has been working in the business industry since 2004. Yumna began their career at Abt Associates as a Finance & Contract Administrator. In 2006, they moved to Leonie Industries as a Global Research Manager. In 2010, they became a Senior Business Developer at Tri Ocean Energy. In 2011, they co-founded KarmSolar, serving as Chief Business Development Officer and achieving significant market recognition. Since 2019, they have been working as Director of Community and Partnerships and Director of Experience at Zööba.

Yumna Madi obtained a Master of Arts from The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) between 2008 and 2010, with a field of study in International Relations, International Economics, and Energy & Environmental Policy. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The American University in Cairo between 1999 and 2003. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Product Management from General Assembly in December 2016.
