Naureen Hyat

Naureen Hyat has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Naureen most recently served as the CEO of Zood Pakistan at Zood (ZoodPay | ZoodMall) since June 2022. Prior to that, Naureen was the co-founder and CEO of Tez Financial Services from January 2017 to June 2022. Naureen also co-founded CheckIn Solutions in October 2014 and served as its co-founder until February 2019. Naureen held the position of Director at Pakistan Society For Planned Parenthood from June 2015 to January 2018. Naureen also worked as the Head of Finance & Planning at Shopistan.pk from March 2014 to August 2015. Earlier in their career, Naureen worked at Pakistan Credit Rating Agency (PACRA) as a Senior Financial Analyst from April 2011 to March 2014. In this role, they assigned credit ratings to entities and structured finance instruments from various sectors and specialized in the microfinance sector. Naureen also developed scoring models and rating methodologies for microfinance, IPPs, and gas DISCOS.

Naureen Hyat completed their education with a BBA Honors degree in Finance from Bahria University in 2009. Naureen then pursued further education and obtained a CFA certification from the CFA Institute between 2010 and 2012. In 2019, they attended the Harvard Business School to complete a program in Strategic Leadership in Inclusive Finance.
