Russel Lenhoff has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Russel is currently employed at Zoomo as the Global Operations Excellence Manager, a position they started in November 2021. Prior to their current role, Lenhoff worked at Lime as an Operations Manager from August 2018 to November 2021. At Lime, they were responsible for launching and managing e-bikes and e-scooters in Australia. Russel also had ownership of the Australia P&L and was involved in creating and executing business plans, as well as communicating the company's vision and objectives. Lenhoff's previous experience includes working as a Senior Project Manager at Sold Out National Event Management from May 2017 to August 2018. In this role, they developed project plans, managed project scope, and oversaw project budgets and timelines. Lenhoff also has experience in the cycling industry, having served as the Lead Soigneur for Orica-Scott Professional Women's Cycling Team at GreenEDGE Cycling from May 2014 to January 2017, and as the Lead Soigneur for the Professional Cycling Team at Cycling Australia from January 2014 to January 2017. Additionally, Lenhoff has experience as a Managing Partner at WasteMate Recycling from January 2012 to December 2013.

Russel Lenhoff obtained an Honors degree in Applied Psychology from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika in 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Sports Psychology from the University of Johannesburg between 2009 and 2012. In 2011 and 2012, they also earned a Diploma in Exercise Science and Sports Massage Therapy from the Health and Fitness Professionals Association.
