Aida Mohamed

Aida Mohamed has over 20 years of experience in HR management. Aida currently serves as the Human Resources Director for Zuellig Pharma Malaysia and Brunei since February 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Regional HR Director for Beckers Group, Beckers Industrial Coating (M) Sdn Bhd from October 2018 to 2020. Simultaneously, they also served as the Regional HR Director for Asia and the Middle East during the same period. Before joining Beckers Group, Aida Mohamed was the Vice President of Human Resources for Lafarge Malaysia Berhad from February 2014 to September 2018. Their responsibilities included workforce planning and ensuring optimum service delivery for customers. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of HR for Lafarge Malaysia from January 2010 to January 2014, where they successfully set up HR shared services for the company within a shorter timeframe than expected.

Aida Mohamed earned a B.Sc. in Management from Purdue University between 1995 and 1997. Later, in 2003 and 2004, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resource from MHIRM.
