Hari Babu Aakisetty has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and software testing. Hari Babu started their career as a Software Test Engineer at RAVEX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, where they gained hands-on experience in various types of testing such as manual, functional, system, integration, usability, GUI, content, UAT, database, regression, security, performance, end-to-end, and business process testing. Hari Babu also worked with automation teams to improve the QA process by maintaining test scripts and documents using tools like Load Runner, Selenium, and QTP.

Afterwards, Hari joined Impecsoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Test Lead, where they demonstrated proficiency in all phases of the software testing life cycle (STLC) and software development life cycle (SDLC). Hari Babu worked closely with stakeholders to ensure correct implementation based on project requirements and specifications. Their responsibilities included test strategy and test plan development, defect reporting and management, creation of test and execution matrices, risk analysis, and status reporting.

Hari then worked at AppLabs as a Module Lead (Professional 1: Product Test), where they defined and implemented test methodologies, processes, and approaches in line with organizational standards. Hari Babu led efforts in understanding requirements, creating test strategies, and prioritizing tests. Hari Babu also prepared detailed test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, and high-level test cases covering business logic.

Currently, Hari is working at Zuora as an Engineering Program Manager. Hari was also involved in RevPro implementation for multiple ERP systems and managed customer contracts and monthly revenue accounting tasks.

Hari Babu Aakisetty has a diverse education history. Hari Babu obtained a Master's Degree in Information Systems with a specialization in Management Information Systems and Services from Acharya Nagarjuna University, graduating in 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Computer Applications degree from the same university, specializing in Computer Programming and Specific Applications, graduating in 2001.
