Senior Customer Success Manager at Zuora

Kelsey Morgan began their work experience as a Policy Issuance Intern at USLI in 2011. Kelsey then moved on to roles at PointRoll, a TEGNA company, where they worked as an Associate Digital Project Manager before being promoted to Digital Project Manager. In 2015, they joined Sizmek as a Digital Project Manager and later became a Senior Client Success Manager and an Engagement Lead. In 2019, they joined Persado as a Program Manager and then transitioned into the role of Customer Success Manager. During their time at Persado, they also served as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Currently, in 2023, Kelsey is employed at Zuora as a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Kelsey Morgan attended Pennsylvania State University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
