Marina Gobett

Marina Gobett has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Marina started their career as a Retail Salesperson at Oticas Carol in 2014. In 2016, they interned at the Attorney-General of Union's Federal Sectional Office, where they assisted in various legal proceedings and document preparation. Later in the same year, they joined Bosch América Latina as a Compliance Intern, providing general support to the Regional Compliance Organization and offering advice on compliance-related topics.

In 2018, Marina worked as a Co-Hort Assistant at UC Berkeley Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology, specifically during the Silicon Valley Innovation Leadership Week. Marina then became an Innovation Consultant at Schoolab in 2019, where they helped organizations with their innovation strategies.

In 2019 and 2020, Marina worked as a Business Designer at weme, specializing in designing business models and strategies. Marina also joined Singularity University as a Leadership Team Member of the Campinas Chapter during this time. In 2020, they joined Tera as a Product Manager Learning Facilitator.

Most recently, Marina has been working at Zup Innovation since 2020. Marina started as a Transformation Lead and is currently the Head of Product and Digital Transformation. Their role involves overseeing product development and leading digital transformation initiatives at the company.

Marina Gobett's education history includes a brief time at the University of California, Berkeley in 2018, where they participated in the Startup Semester program at the Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology. Marina then pursued a Digital Product Leadership degree at Tera in 2020. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2020, Marina obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, specializing in the field of Law. Additionally, Marina obtained a certification in Human-Centered Design from IDEO.org in the year 2019.
