Lifetouch is the leader in professional photography for schools which was acquired by Shutterfly in 2018. Ling was previously Chief Human Resources Officer at Allergan where she developed and oversaw a global HR strategy during a period of transition that included successfully launching new company-wide HR resources and cultural initiatives. She replaces Claudine Naughton who left the company at the end of 2018 after three years of service.

Accenture has announced that Domingo Mirón will succeed Richard Lumb as group chief executive of financial services effective September 1, 2019. Mirón currently serves as the group's chief operating officer where he is responsible for executing the business strategy and driving operational excellence. Richard Lumb will retire from the company on August 31, 2019.
