GitHub has hired Erica Brescia, who was previously co-founder and COO of the startup Bitnami, as its new Chief Operating Officer. Bitnami was recently acquired by VMware which freed her up for new opportunities. At GitHub, Brescia will lead the business development, support, and workplace teams.

Debbie Clifford will join SurveyMonkey as Chief Financial Officer on July 8. With the addition of Clifford, the majority of SurveyMonkey's executive team members will be women. In her new role, Clifford will oversee all aspects of finance including financial strategy, planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, and investor relations, in addition to strategic planning and corporate development.

Michael Stromer has been named Chief Product Officer, Technology at JetBlue Airways effective immediately. New York-based fashion brand Nicole Miller announced that Nicole Miller will take over as CEO of the company after Bud Konheim, the previous CEO, passed away last week. Miller, who previously served as President and Head Designer, will continue to personally oversee the development and expansion of the NICOLE MILLER brand as well as the design and showing of the Nicole Miller Collection at New York Fashion Week and other venues.

Wells Fargo has announced today that Timothy J. Sloan will step down as CEO, president, and Board member effective immediately. Sloan has served as CEO since October 2016 when it was discovered that the bank improperly opened 1.5 million deposit accounts and over 500,000 credit-card accounts.

Fannie Mae, the largest provider of liquidity to the U.S. housing market, today announced that it has appointed Hugh R. Frater as Chief Executive Officer effective March 26. Frater served as Fannie Mae's Interim CEO since October 16, 2018 and on Fannie Mae's Board since 2016.

Kevin Tsujihara announced that he will be stepping down as CEO & Chairman of Warner Bros. Entertainment. The decision follows an an exposé in the Hollywood Reporter, which described text messages between the executive and Charlotte Kirk revealing that Tsujihara would push for auditions for the actress amid an apparent sexual relationship that he was having with her.

3M today announced the realignment of the company from five to four business segments. As part of the reorganization, James Bauman, executive vice president, Industrial Business Group, and Joaquin Delgado, executive vice president, Consumer Business Group, have announced their intention to retire.

Plantronics announced that Charles Boynton will join the company as Chief Financial Officer on March 8, 2019. Most recently, Boynton held the position of executive vice president and chief financial officer for SunPower Corporation. Boynton succeeds Pam Strayer, who will shift into an advisory role through the end of May.
