Olga Noyan

Olga Noyan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Olga currently holds the position of R&D Project Manager at 2GIS, a local search service, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Mobile products at the Moscow traffic control center from 2021. Olga'sresponsibilities included leading product development, conducting market research, and introducing new products to stakeholders and government agencies.

Before that, Olga was the Head of Project Office at BCS Markets from 2020 to 2021. In this role, they managed product design and project management, implemented project management policies, and fostered collaboration between various teams.

Olga Noyan pursued their education primarily in the field of management and public administration. From 2004 to 2010, they attended The State University of Management and obtained a Master's degree in Management with a specialization in Energy Management and Systems Technology/Technician. In 2014-2015, they furthered their education at the same institution, focusing on Enterprise Architect and UML. Lastly, in 2022-2023, Olga attended Moscow Metropolitan Governance University, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Public Administration (MPA) with a concentration in Public Transport Management.
