Sergio Gadaleta

Sergio Gadaleta, Ph.D., has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and quality assurance within the medical and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at 3M, Gadaleta previously held key roles at LivaNova, including Vice President of Research & Development, Clinical Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs, as well as Vice President and Chief Regulatory Officer. Additional leadership positions were held at BD as Senior Vice President and Vice President in Regulatory Affairs and Compliance, and at Johnson & Johnson as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Product Vigilance. Gadaleta also served as Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Allergan. Gadaleta earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Rutgers University - Newark between 1993 and 1997.
