Ben Smith has a diverse range of work experience in various companies and roles. Ben started their career as a Lead Developer at Visa Europe, where they worked on greenfield and proof of concept projects. Ben then worked as a Developer and Technical Lead at Capita IT Professional Services, contributing to a high-profile national program. Ben later joined Cornerstone (CTIL) as a Senior Developer, where they designed and developed an Asset Capture System. Ben also worked as a Lead JavaScript Developer at Cambridge Assessment, developing Single Page Applications. Ben then moved to Bluestone Group as an Application Developer, specializing in JavaScript, and contributed to an Open Banking initiative. Prior to their Microsoft certifications, Ben obtained the Certified Scrum Developer certification from Scrum Alliance in 2013, along with the Certified ScrumMaster certification from the same institution in the same year.
