Joe Garretson

Joe Garretson has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Joe currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at Abra Health, formerly known as ChildSmiles. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Customer Care at Score Media, which was later acquired by Penn National. Joe also worked as the Head of Patient Experience at Schweiger Dermatology Group and as the VP of Inside Sales and Customer Care Contact Centers at Publicis Health. Additionally, they have held senior leadership roles at Mount Sinai Health System, C3i Solutions, Xerox, and Pfizer. At Pfizer, Joe was the Director of Operations and later became the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, contributing to significant cost savings through organizational restructuring and process improvements.

Joe Garretson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from William Paterson University of New Jersey. In addition, they obtained a certification in Administrator Management (Contact Center) from RingCentral in March 2023.
