Saima Manzar

Saima Manzar has a diverse work experience. Saima started their career in 1994 as a Head Teacher at Grammar Foundation School and continued in this role until 1995. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Head Teacher at The CAS School, where they focused on lesson planning, delivering lessons, and monitoring student progress.

In 2011, Saima became an Administrator at Kids and Co Preschool, where they managed the daily routine of the school, developed and implemented the curriculum, interviewed parents for admissions, and managed staff. Saima held this position until 2015.

In 2016, Saima worked as an Evaluation Coordinator at New York Therapy Placement Services, Inc., where they coordinated and managed evaluations.

Saima then interned at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in 2018, where they gained insights into the organization's work.

Later in 2018, they joined the School Based Mental Health Collaboration as a Clinical Consultant, focusing on providing consultations in the mental health field until 2019.

Their most recent position is a Care Manager at Advance Care Alliance, where they started in July 2019.

Saima Manzar's education history reflects their pursuit of a diverse range of academic interests. In 1992 to 1994, they attended CB College and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. Building upon this foundation, they then enrolled at Greenwich University in 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in the field of Education. Subsequently, they attended Long Island University from 2016 to 2017 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Lastly, Saima Manzar pursued further education at Teachers College, Columbia University from 2017 to 2018 as a Master's candidate specializing in Global Mental Health and Trauma within the field of Psychology.
