Ashley Maier

Ashley Maier has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and support services sector. Ashley started their career in 2012 as a Life/Job Coach at Independent Support Services, where they assisted developmentally disabled individuals with daily living skills, job skills, and budgeting. In 2014, they joined Human First, Inc. as a Medicaid Service Coordinator, where they helped people with developmental disabilities and their families access services and supports, completed necessary paperwork for Medicaid and SSI benefits, and identified additional sources to improve clients' quality of life. In 2017, they moved on to Suffolk Care Collaborative as a Program Assistant, a role they held until 2018. There, they provided support in various programs. Since 2018, Ashley has been working at Advance Care Alliance, first as a Care Manager Supervisor and subsequently as the Director of Care Management.

Ashley Maier completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from St. Joseph's University New York. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution. Ashley also holds an Associate's degree in Psychology from Suffolk County Community College.
