VP User Experience at accuRx

Lorna Flynn has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lorna began their career as a Volunteer Applied Behaviour Analysis Tutor at Abalta ABA School in 2010. Later, they worked as a Director at Abalta Summer Camp and also served as an Applied Behaviour Analysis Tutor at a Private Home Program. In 2011, they became an Applied Behaviour Analysis Tutor at Abalta Special School for Children with Autism and Complex Needs. In 2013, they joined OPP as a Research and Development Intern. Simultaneously, they worked as a Human Factors Research Assistant at the University of Oxford until 2017. Since then, they have been associated with accuRx, where they have held multiple positions, including User Researcher, Head of User Research, and currently serves as the VP User Experience. Lorna's work experience focuses on user research, human factors research, and applied behaviour analysis.

Lorna Flynn attended Carrick on Shannon Community School from 2001 to 2006, where they completed their Leaving Certificate and Junior Certificate. Lorna then enrolled at the University of Galway, starting in 2006, and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. Lorna continued their education at the same university and completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis from 2009 to 2011.
