Job Summary:
Acerta is in search of a highly skilled and versatile Backend Software Engineer specializing in Node.js,TypeScript, And Python with a keen interest in Quality Assurance (QA), to join our dynamic team. This role will predominantly focus on backend software development while also contributing to QA initiatives, ensuring the reliability and excellence of our AI-driven automotive analytics platform. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in crafting and maintaining high-quality software solutions, with a particular emphasis on QA practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop robust backend solutions using Node.js, TypeScript, and Python contributing to the enhancement and expansion of Acerta's software offerings.
Design secure, performant, and scalable feature implementations with production monitoring to support rapid root cause analysis.
Participate in architecture and high-level design across the LinePulse platform.
Collaborate with the QA team to design and implement effective testing strategies, encompassing automated testing methodologies.
Participate in the creation and maintenance of automated test suites to facilitate seamless integration of QA processes into the development pipeline.
Conduct thorough testing of backend functionalities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
Serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
Engage closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Customer Success and Engineering, to address software issues and elevate overall product quality.
Document and track reported issues, providing transparent updates and resolutions to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process enhancement within QA practices, contributing to the continual improvement of methodologies and standards.
