Shannon Napier

Shannon Napier is an experienced legal professional with a strong focus on labor and employment law, currently serving as Director of HR Compliance at Acrisure and as Owner of two YogaSix locations in Rochester Hills and Knapp's Crossing. Previously, Shannon held the position of CVP and Associate General Counsel for Labor & Employment at AESC, where responsibilities included implementing labor compliance programs and supporting executive leadership. Shannon's extensive background includes a six-year tenure at Tesla, progressing from Sr. Counsel to Deputy General Counsel, and co-founding Mehlman Barnes LLP, specializing in employment-based immigration law. Additional experience encompasses roles at Fragomen, Malitzlaw, and Larrabee|Mehlman|Albi|Coker, as well as extensive support in immigration matters at Miller Johnson. Shannon holds a JD from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a BA in English from Western Michigan University.
