Adam Irvine

Adam Irvine has a diverse work experience in various human resources roles. Adam currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Active Dynamics Group since April 2021. Previously, Adam worked at KIRCHHOFF Automotive for nine years, starting as a Human Resources Representative in October 2012 and progressing to the role of Human Resources Manager. In this role, they provided strategic guidance to senior leadership, ensured compliance with HR standards, and designed employee development programs. Adam also worked as an Employment Advisor and Scheduling & Conference Services Representative at Durham College from January 2011 to October 2012. Prior to that, they served as an HR Assistant at the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and a Labour Relations Assistant at Ford Motor Company.

Adam Irvine attended Ancaster High School from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained their OSSD. Adam then pursued further education at Durham College from 2004 to 2007, earning a 3-year Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management. In 2010, they obtained certification as a Certified Human Resources Professional from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
