Kat Southwell

Kat Southwell is currently the Head of Operations and Impact at Activity Alliance, where Kat leads the organisation's operational planning, delivery, and impact evaluation. Prior to this role, Kat was the Get Out Get Active (GOGA) Programme Manager at the English Federation of Disability Sport, managing a unique UK-wide project aimed at engaging the least active disabled and non-disabled individuals in physical activity. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise from the University of Bath, Kat has extensive experience in managing national programmes, leading organizational change, and supporting participation growth within the sports industry.
