Matthew Kruk

Matthew Kruk has a diverse work experience in software engineering and plumbing. Matthew is currently working as a Software Engineer at AdAdapted since April 2021. Previously, they worked at Expedia Group as a Software Engineer from August 2019 to February 2020 and as an iOS Engineer in test from October 2018 to September 2019. Before that, Matthew was a student at Grand Circus for a brief period in 2018. Prior to their career in technology, they worked as a Journeyman Pipefitter/Plumber at UA Local 50 from September 2015 to August 2016, and as a Pipefitter/Plumber Apprentice from September 2008 to December 2013, where they completed their plumbing/pipefitting apprenticeship and gained experience in project completion, technical specifications, and blueprint interpretation. Matthew also has experience in user advocacy and technical support for mobile apps, having worked as a User Advocate at Expedia, Inc. from January 2014 to August 2014, and as an Android team intern at Brownie LLC from June 2013 to December 2013.

Matthew Kruk's education history begins with their enrollment at Spring Arbor University from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Development. Afterward, from 2008 to 2013, they attended Owens Community College, specializing in Building Trades with a focus on becoming a Pipefitter/Plumber Journeyman. Continuing their education, Matthew pursued a Certification in Java Programming at Washtenaw Community College from 2014 to 2016. Lastly, in 2018, they attended Grand Circus for a brief period to study Front-End Development.
