Hugo Goncalves is an accomplished operations director with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Operations Director at Addmind Hospitality since September 2022, Hugo previously held roles as General Manager of Restaurants at Al Khozama Investment and Director of Food & Beverage Operations at Lifestyle Group, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple high-end venues and managing large teams. With a strong background in operational management, Hugo has demonstrated expertise in launching new venues, developing restaurant concepts, and driving financial performance. Prior experience includes significant roles with Hard Rock Cafe Australia and Buddha-Bar Worldwide, where strategic planning and revenue growth were key focuses. Hugo holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Lisbon and a Certificate IV in Project Management from TAFE NSW.
