Harish Kumar

Harish Kumar has a diverse work experience starting from 2004. Harish began their career at Infosys as a Technology Lead and worked there until 2010. After that, they joined Reckitt Benckiser as a Solutions Architect, where they worked on a project to develop an enterprise data warehouse and provided financial reports and analysis. In 2010, Harish worked briefly at both Capgemini and Citi as a Senior Consultant and Datawarehouse Lead, respectively. From 2011 onwards, they joined RB, initially as a Senior Business Analyst and later moved on to roles such as Financial Systems Manager, Product Manager - Big Data, Director of Data Engineering and Architecture, and Global Data Science Director. Harish'sresponsibilities at RB included managing financial systems, leading business intelligence and reporting projects, and overseeing big data initiatives. Currently, they serve as the Chief Information Officer at AIR (Advanced Inhalation Rituals) since 2022.

Harish Kumar completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Organizational Leadership, Business Analytics, and Corporate Finance at NYU Stern School of Business from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University between 2000 and 2004. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP) from Microsoft in 2022, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in 2021, Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services in 2020, and UserTesting from UserTesting in 2017.
