Christopher Ghion

Christopher Ghion is the current Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Adventist HealthCare. Christopher has over 25 years of experience in information technology, with most of that time spent in management positions.

Ghion began their career in 1994 as a Principal at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they directed complex information technology contracts and had P&L responsibility for a $65M account. Christopher managed fixed price, cost plus, and time and materials contracts, and was responsible for all aspects of the contract lifecycle from initiation through disposition. Ghion also led business integration efforts and worked on numerous COTS implementation projects.

In addition to their work at Booz Allen Hamilton, Ghion was also a leader in the Firm's software process improvement initiative, directing the program to achieve CMMI L3. Christopher's specific technology skill areas include service oriented architecture (SOA), systems and data architectures, business and information technology process modeling, application design and development, configuration management, and infrastructure operations.

Christopher Ghion received their Master's degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and their Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University.

They are on a team with Jonathan Sachs - VP of Experience Transformation, Kenneth B. Destefano - SVP, General Counsel, and Maureen Dymond - Vice President, Financial Operations. Christopher Ghion reports to Terry Forde, President & CEO.
