Julia Marie King

Julia Marie King, MBA, PMP has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Julia Marie is currently the Director of Clinical Information Systems Implementation at Adventist HealthCare, where they collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technology and ensure its successful adoption. Prior to this, Julia worked at HPG as the Director of Program Management and Senior Consultant in Project Management. Julia Marie also served as the President of the Project Management Institute from 2019 to 2020. Earlier in their career, Julia was with Cerner Corporation, where they held several positions including Project Leader in ITWorks, Sales Executive in Women's Health, Program Manager in Women's Health, and Program Manager in Learning Services. Julia Marie began their career as a Creative Recruiting Assistant at Hallmark Cards - Corporate Headquarters. Throughout their roles, Julia has demonstrated strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Julia Marie King obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Baker University in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Baker University in 2002-2006. In October 2016, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
