Richard Stedronsky

Richard Stedronsky began their work experience in 2006 as a Project Manager. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the Director of Sales and Marketing Division at MeteoStar, a Division of Sutron Corporation, where they managed all divisional sales and marketing teams and achieved significant sales bookings. From 2012 to 2015, Richard held the position of General Manager at Enterprise Electronics Corporation, overseeing multiple teams and managing multi-million-dollar radar and software projects. From 2015 to 2021, they served as the Director of Strategic Business Development and Partnerships at Enterprise Electronics Corporation, playing a pivotal role in cultivating partnerships, advising on business options, and serving as a customer advocate. In 2021, Richard was promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer at Enterprise Electronics Corporation, where they spearheaded operational excellence and led growth transformation strategies for the company. In 2022, they joined AEM as the Director of Sales Engineering.

Richard Stedronsky completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology from the University of Oklahoma from 1995 to 2000. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management and Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained between 2003 and 2005. In addition to their educational background, Richard has also obtained certifications in Google Project Management Professional, Project Management Professional (PMP; In Progress), and Scrum Master Certification Specialization from Google, Project Management Institute, and LearnQuest respectively.
