Laura Trethewey

Laura Trethewey has a diverse work experience in the field of People & Culture. Laura is currently the Founder/Director/People Ninja at People Ninjas, where they work with a team to deliver innovative results in the People & Culture space. Laura is also a Learning Facilitator at Elephant Group, where they conduct workshops and webinars on various HR topics. Previously, they have served as the People & Culture Lead at Aera VC, a People & Culture Consultant at Heat Treatments Ltd, and the People & Culture Manager at Ray White Damerell Group Ltd. Laura has also worked as a People & Culture Business Partner at Walter & Wild, an HR & H&S Manager at Hansells Food Group, and a Group HR Manager at Auckland Meat Processors.

Laura Trethewey's education history begins in 2009 when they attended The University of Waikato.
