Gudrun Lind Halldorsdottir, MSc, MBA, EIA, ITCA has over 20 years of experience in leadership and organizational development. Gudrun Lind is the founder of gudrunlind GmbH, where they provide executive coaching and team coaching services, as well as insight discovery workshops and positive psychology interventions. Gudrun Lind also offers assessments and diagnostics for leaders and teams. Gudrun Lind Halldorsdottir has worked with NEO Leaders as an executive coach for INSEAD leadership programs, coaching leaders and executives across various industries. Gudrun Lind is also an executive coach at AIIR Consulting. In addition to their coaching roles, they serve as a board member for EMCC SWITZERLAND, a leading partner in professionalizing coaching, mentoring, and supervision. Gudrun Lind Halldorsdottir has previous experience as a director in HRBP integration and change management at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where they successfully led integration efforts of the European Commercial Business. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at Allergan and Actavis (now Allergan) in talent management, talent acquisition, and human resources.

Gudrun Lind Halldorsdottir holds multiple degrees and certifications, reflecting a diverse educational background. Gudrun Lind obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London, completing the program from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business at Reykjavik University between 2006 and 2008. Gudrun Lind also holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Háskóli Íslands, a university in Iceland, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. In addition, Gudrun earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Háskóli Íslands, completing their undergraduate studies from 1997 to 2001.

Before their formal higher education, they participated in a foreign exchange student program at Portage Northern High School in 1993 and 1994.

Gudrun Lind Halldorsdottir has also pursued various certifications and accreditations in the field of coaching and related areas. Some of these certifications include ITCA Global Team Coaching Individual Accreditation at Practitioner level from EMCC Global (2023), Certified Practitioner in Team Coaching from the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI, 2022), Team Coaching Foundations Certified Coach from GTCI (2022), ACE Certified Coach from World Business & Executive Coach Summit (WBECS, 2021), and EIA Senior Practitioner from the EMCC - European Mentoring and Coaching Council (2020).
