Damian Smith ACMA PCC ORSC has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Damian is currently the CEO & Founder of Thryvv Leadership & Culture, a position they have held since 2017. Additionally, they are a Senior Executive Coach at AIIR Consulting, a business psychology consulting firm. Damian is also the Founder of Damian Smith Leadership Coaching, where they serve as a Leadership Advisor, Trainer & Coach. Damian has also been involved in various aspects of finance, including finance management, decision support, and overseeing teams in areas such as finance, legal, HR, trade compliance, logistics, and sales.

Damian Smith ACMA PCC ORSC has a diverse education history. In 2002, they obtained a CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) degree, which they completed in 2006. Damian later attended the Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education in 2016, where they completed a Leadership Program. In 2017, Damian completed the Radical Collaboration Trainers Course and became a Qualified Trainer. In 2018, they attended Toastmasters, although the specific degree or field of study is not provided.
