John A. Rogener

John A. Rogener has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of consulting and learning and development. John A. is currently the Principal and Founder of JAR Consulting LLC, where they work with clients in various sectors including Financial Services, Retail, Not for Profit, and Higher Education. In this role, they provide unique insights into the challenges faced by business leaders.

Additionally, John has worked as an Affiliated Executive Coach at AIIR Consulting, a business psychology consulting firm. Here, they increase the effectiveness and performance of individuals and organizations through face-to-face meetings and AIIR Consulting's cloud-based platform.

Prior to their current roles, John held a VP position at BNY Mellon, where they created a global training strategy and methodology for the Investment Management business. John A. also developed training interventions for managers and conducted Sales Presentation Skills training.

Before BNY Mellon, John worked at Morgan Stanley/MSCI as a VP in Global Learning and Development. John A. advised managers on learning and talent development interventions, implemented a global sales and service organizational effectiveness initiative, and designed a comprehensive global blended learning strategy.

Furthermore, John served as the SVP of Learning and Organizational Development at US Trust and as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University- Center Management Development and New York University, where they facilitated courses on learning and talent development.

John's early career was spent at Citicorp/Citibank, N.A., where they held a VP position in Learning and Development.

Throughout their career, John has received recognition for their teaching excellence.

John A. Rogener's education history includes several degrees and certifications. John A. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from Marist College. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Advanced Studies in Rehabilitation Counseling from Assumption University. Additionally, they received an Executive Coaching Certification from New York University, specializing in Executive Coaching. In 2014, they completed another Coach Certification program in Executive Coaching from New York University.
