Kris (Keon-Shik) Kong

Kris (Keon-Shik) Kong has worked in the engineering field for over 25 years. Kris (Keon-Shik) began their career in 1995 as a Staff Engineer III at Hughes Electronics. In 1998, they moved to TriQuint Semiconductor as a Design Team Leader (Telecom Products/MMW Radio). In 2006, they became a Principal PA Architect at Axiom Microdevices. Kris (Keon-Shik) then moved to Hittite Microwave in 2009 as a Consulting Engineer. In 2011, they joined Qorvo, Inc. as a Design Engineering Fellow. Finally, in 2017, they were appointed CTO at Akash Systems.

Kris (Keon-Shik) Kong attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
