Ayman Alzain

Ayman Alzain has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Ayman is currently working as the Head of Human Resources at AkzoNobel. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Landmark Group, where they oversaw and trained 11 HR managers in various HR functions. At Kimberly-Clark, Ayman held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager GCC and was responsible for supervising the company's HR strategy. Before that, they worked as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Parsons Corporation and as the Human Resources Director at ACC (Alarrab Contracting Company). Ayman also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Tamdid Pipes and RAK Ceramics. Throughout their career, they have achieved significant accomplishments in establishing high-performing cultures, implementing training and development initiatives, and aligning talent recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.

Ayman Alzain obtained a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from King Saud University from 2000 to 2003. In 2015, they pursued a Diploma in CIPD from the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from King Saud University. It is worth noting that Ayman Alzain is currently working towards obtaining the SPHR and CIPD certifications from HR Profissional.
