Troy Riley

Troy Riley has a vast work experience spanning over several companies. Troy started their career at Gates Corporation in 1997, where they held various roles such as Systems Engineer, Quality and Customer Service Manager, Product Control Manager, Plant Manager, and Operations Director in different locations. In 2009, they became the Global Manager of Assembly and Tubing and later moved on to become the Director of Supply Chain, Fluid Power Europe. From 2011 to 2015, they served as the Director of Supply Chain, Quality & HSE for Gates E & S MENA Region. In 2015, they joined Gates Corporation as the Managing Director of Operations, Supply Chain & Strategic Initiatives EMEA. After that, they worked at PLZ Aeroscience Corporation as the Senior Director of Continuous Improvement from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Troy Riley is the Vice President of Operations at Alco Manufacturing Corporation LLC.

Troy Riley pursued their education in a variety of academic institutions. Starting in 1992, they attended Illinois Wesleyan University and studied Philosophy and Religious Studies until 1996. Troy then continued their education at Western Illinois University from 1993 to 1995, focusing on Philosophy. Additionally, in 1992 and 1993, they returned to Illinois Wesleyan University to further explore Philosophy. Ultimately, in 1994, Troy attended Monmouth College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science, completing their formal education in 1997.
