Lisbeth Kirk

Lisbeth Kirk has held various roles in human resources throughout their career. Lisbeth is currently the SVP, Global People & Organisation at ALK, a position they have held since October 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Group HR Director at Royal Unibrew from December 2016 to October 2019. From July 2011 to December 2016, Lisbeth worked at Chr. Hansen A/S, first as the Director of HR Business Partners & Development and later as the HR Business Partner for Global Sales. Before that, they worked at Lundbeck, where they held positions such as Senior Specialist in Global HR, HR Manager for International HR, Change Manager for the SAP HR Project, and HR Consultant. Prior to Lundbeck, Lisbeth worked as an HR Consultant at both Huber Engineered Materials and Telestyrelsen.

Lisbeth Kirk obtained a Ha-Jur degree in Economics and Law from Copenhagen Business School from 1991 to 1994. Lisbeth later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at the same institution, graduating between 1994 and 1997.
